Kogge-Stone parallel-prefix adder: log2(WIDTH) levels, fan-out 2, ~WIDTH*log2(WIDTH) prefix cells. Fastest prefix topology at the cost of area and wiring.
FPGA-routed. The block meets timing on a routed FPGA netlist at a stated clock and its testbench passes on that netlist. It has not yet run on a board or in silicon.
