Modbus serial-line framing engine with RTU inter-character timing (t1.5/t3.5), ASCII LRC mode, CRC-16 generation and checking and RS-485 direction control.
Planned. This block is specified in the catalog with its interfaces and targets. No implementation exists yet; the skeleton command below generates a lint-clean shell with its ports and registers.
